Ms. Anna Inozemtseva is the IWRM Lead at USAID Regional Water and Vulnerable Environment Activity (WAVE).

Experience:

Leading specialist of Water Initiatives Support Program of the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC), Deputy Chief of Party of the USAID-funded Smart Waters project.

She has a Master degree in Integrated Water Resources Management. Ms. Inozemtseva started her professional career in CAREC in 2008.

She has a strong expertise in introduction of basin planning on local level in Central Asia and Afghanistan, facilitating regional dialogues over shared water resources and promotion of water diplomacy at all levels of water management.

From 2016 to 2020, she was focusing mostly on the water diplomacy development and involved into the work of CAREC related to the Platform of MFA and Parliament representatives of CA and Afghanistan. Anna was a focal point on cooperation of CAREC with Afghanistan.
