Mrs. Viktoria Demidova works as Country Representative at Geres- Acting for Climate Solidarity, French INGO in Tajikistan that works on intersection of energy and climate.

Viktoria has been active in the field of international cooperation since 2015 and obtained her Master degree in International Development Studies from French public university.

She managed various programs related to social justice, gender equality, youth political participation and inclusion.  Her area of expertise includes civil society development, advocacy, strategic communication, partnership building, training, youth leadership development, etc.
