Mr. Zulfukhar Zholdasov is a Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zulfukhar Sansyzbaevich has been working for a long time in environmental departments, including in the regions. Has extensive experience in solving environmental problems in the regions of the country.

He was the head of the Department of Ecology in the Karaganda region, previously headed the structural divisions of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2016 to 2019, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control. For a long time, he was a member of the Board of Governors and made a significant contribution to the development of CAREC.
