Aiperi Dzhailoobaeva

Ms. Aiperi Dzhailoobaeva is an expert in the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. Her main specialization is economic issues of natural resources usage (with emphasis on water and land resources). She is the head of the youth wing of the “National Water Partnership of the Kyrgyz Republic” and participated in the implementation of several projects as an expert. Prior to this, she кepresented the Central Asian region in the Asia-Pacific Youth Parliament for Water and Sustainable Development in Korea Republic. Ms. Aiperi Dzhayloobaeva is a graduate of the 7th CALP from Kyrgyzstan.
